The Form and the Formless Realities !

I thought that I will take a break and just be !

It was not meant to be !!

I had a visit from a young man who is going through a very painful period in his life .

He was deeply involved with a girl which is quite normal and natural . 

The girl broke the relationship and left him for another person . Again , very normal happening !

This poor fellow took that so badly that he wanted to end his life !

Life had no meaning left for him !

That is where I come in . Also normal in my life !

It has become my career and passion to be there for such people !

Now , coming to my tittle : Form and Formless realities .

I was explaining that there are two major events , happenings or ways of our existence that we are experiencing . That applies to all of the human race or species !

There is a world of forms that is known to all and they are aware to a certain degree as I will explain .

Then , there is also a world of the formless that few can understand yet !

We have physical forms and non physical forms . 

Physical forms are our bodies , all other material forms that we see around . 

Trees , birds , ants , buildings , mountains , forest , cars , shoes , clothes and all else !

Then , we have ideas , concepts , theory , beliefs , traditions , dogmas , culture and all forms that are non physical !

That is simple to see and understand . 

All forms are limited because they are in time and space ! 

They will not last for ever ! 

Eventually they will all break down !

It can be a day or a billion years or more !!

No form will last ! Final !

Then , there is the world of the Formless !

The formless is beyond any structure , time or space !!

It is changeless as it has no form to change !

It can or may express in a variety of ways , but it is still formless !

Energy is formless ! Beingness or awareness is formless . Life energy too is formless !

Forms will break , but the formless will always be constant !

Buildings will crumple or fall , but the space remains intact !

Space remains constant .

These two major divisions rule our lives ! 

Especially and mostly the world of forms ! 

We are all attached and have identified with forms in one form or another .

We focus and can easily see forms .

Yet , there is another world of the formless .

In the world of formless , one can see forms coming and going , yet the formless always remain intact!

My whole or basic experience is centred around this two !

I have come to realise that forms will not last and the formless does not change !

I have simply identified with the formless !
