There is No One Known as Amarjit !

There is no one known as Amarjit !

It is just an old label that was given to a form that we call a human body !

It might surprise many to hear that !

I as awareness -presence has been watching , witnessing and experiencing  that ever since !

Even the word or pointer ' I ' is not there !

These are ways of the body mind to function !

The label or word , name has been used for so long that it appears that is is real !

In fact , it is just an identity or at most an old habit or at worst an Addiction !

Amarjit is just a thought !

What is real or true about this name ?!

I decide to drop this name now and call myself Robert , Wong or Ismail . 

I will now be known as those names . 

Can I change the rest of the identities ? 

Of course , I can !

It is being done every day around the world !

I am still aware of the sense of being !!

Examine that further and you will see that you are just that !! 

Awareness-presence !!

As awareness things are happening around , action is taken , functions are performed !

Life and living is going on as usual !

In fact , much better and joyfully !!

There are no unnecessary worries , tensions , stress and problems !

Life is being expressed and experienced to it's fullness !
Does this all appear strange and weird ??
It will when you are used to living and identifying with the thoughts and body !
Both thoughts and the body is ever changing and not in your control !!
Can you control your non ending thoughts ?
What about your body ?!
Both are natural functions just as all other nature around is !
Rivers will flow , clouds will float in the sky , winds will blow !
They are all part of the natural laws , just as tides come and go !
Of course , I am simplifying everything to high light my point .
The mind and body are both aspects of the one system that are very highly developed parts of nature!
My point is that we are all FREE !!
Nothing needs to happen to be free !
We are pure awareness -presence that enjoys this experience of life and living !
When we can see that all this concepts and ideas of this or that are just that !!
We can use or express through these concepts , ideas or thoughts and beliefs to live , but we are not them at all !!
When you are aware of all that I am sharing , then you are really free !
No one can trap you any more !
Thoughts can come and go just as wind can come and go !
You will actually see the real and true ex

perience of the wonderful , amazing life !
Being aware and conscious and enjoying life and living is so magical !!
You will stop running around doing some strange and weird stuff all of your life that does not matter!!
You have come to enjoy and experience life in this physical form in the physical Universe !!
That is it !!
Now , you see what you are really doing and see how life has become a constant struggle and stress !
Doing all sorts of stuff that will mean little very soon !!
What is our short life span of about 80 to 100 years , when we are infinite and eternal beings !!!
Give it a thought and then let go of that thought !!
Enjoy and realise that you are always FREE !!

Some Relationships are just Toxic !

There is no point just going about our life and pretending that all is wonderful with our relationships !

No !! All is not well at all with our relationships !

Some are so toxic that people are living in daily battle fields that are many times worst then the real wars !

Some body is getting hurt daily and badly too !

It is a living hell !

I actually know people who live such life's !

Sadly , many such relationships have developed complex behaviour patterns where people who are getting hurt have accepted that as reality and live , thinking it is normal !

A mother goes on abusing her grown up daughter who is actually caring for her !

The daughter who has practically sacrificed so much is now getting abused daily !

She actually feels it is normal and feels very guilty of even speaking against her mother !

I have personally seen how abusive and unhealthy the relationship is !!

The strong moral , cultural and traditional beliefs are all making it so difficult for the child even to point or say anything hush against the mother !

Mother is seen as a very sacred person ! It is true for most yet in the name of being mother , there are many such very toxic relationships !

My reason for writing this blog is just to make us aware that this too is happening !

People are living in a living hell all their life ! 

The term toxic is not even allowed to be entertained ! 

There are scared relationships that are morally and religiously held high !

Yes , they should be and rightly so ! 

But , toxic relationships too are real !! 

What is needed is to point  out and make people aware  !
We have to be aware and know that every relationship is complex !
The same person that you or me see as a mother or father is also much more !
The mother or father is also a daughter or son to some one ! They are also people just as any one of us!
The labels are not carved in stone !
I am some ones son , brother ,father , husband , friend , uncle , grand uncle and much more !
I may be a good brother but a terrible father ! A good friend but a terrible husband !
What I am trying to express is that we are complex beings when it comes to relationships !
We have to understand that !
The same abusive mother is a most charming woman outside to others !
We sometimes tend to relate to our relationships in a very unique and personal way !
Whatever the reason , just be mindful that being abused in any form is just not acceptable .
Lets learn to respect and love our self first !

That could be the awakening of love , respect and care for others !
As I expressed , earlier , my need to write this blog is to just alert you to this kind of relationships .
Do something and live a peaceful and happy life .
That will do for now .

I Want to Live Right Here And Now !!

Yes ! I want to live right here and now !!

I have lived around enough and have come to see and realise that there is no other place to live !!

It is only here within me , Now !!

No where else !

My mind has been deceiving me all of my life !!

I will be happy with that person , or happy being in that place or doing this or that !!

Almost all become illusions !

Am left high and dry !

What shall I do now or who will bring me that cup of joy ?!!

None can !! 

Right now is where I will get or be what I want to be !

I just have to decide that I am wonderfully happy and joyful now !!

You will probably laugh at me or may even decide to label me with some exotic name !

Let me share with you that you are not going to find or get any magic out there !!

The magic is within , my dear friend !!

Then once you know or understand that , then magic is all around you !!

Then , there is only fun and a funny life !

Just create a filter and leave your thoughts at some distance !

Play with them , laugh at them , do whatever , but don't let them control you !

Don't take them too seriously for god's sake !

Thoughts of today will be gone and a thousand more are waiting to rush in to make a fool of us !

So , be aware and alert !!

Just remember that nothing will last forever !!

Let go !

Life is Just Awesome !

What needs to happen to make life awesome ?!

Life is just awesome !

Yesterday was Sunday. I worked till lunchtime seeing some patients . I really enjoyed that !

It feels so good seeing people come to me feeling anxious and fearful , but most or almost leave feeling better and happy ! Is that awesome !

I got up feeling rested and full of excitement wondering what wonderful experience will I enjoy today!

Is that awesome ?

Awesome to me is an attitude !

Nothing extraordinary needs to happen in my life !

Life is already awesome !

Even , if I do nothing , things are just happening !

I saw my mother yesterday . She is aging , getting weak , in pains off and on .

We sat together . I holding her hand and looking at her . She smiled and felt better .

That was awesome for me !

Just being there was enough !
I was having my simple lunch and I really enjoyed every spoonful or mouthful of that simple tasty food ! The funny or surprising thing is that I eat the same plate of rice with the same curry and veges day in and day out ! I just never get bored or tired of the sameness !
That is awesome !
I have seen people coming into the restaurant and complaining or grumbling that there is nothing exciting or new to eat or enjoy !

I drive my simple car and it moves like magic ! It loves to run as it was not driven for a whole week !
I have the same car for over 17 years and it feels so good and comfortable !
I enjoy driving my car with the soft music playing from the car audio .
The roads are wonderful . Sometimes peaceful , sometimes crowded . every moment is so unique !
I am so in tune with my car , that any new sound from it matters ! What a relationship !
It has never failed me or left me stranded by the road !
Is that not awesome !! It is magical !
Life is awesome when you are living fully and enjoy every moment !
Let that moment bring anything , it is still amazing !
I have experienced pain suddenly in my body and I am so excited too !!
I wonder what it means or what is my body telling me !
Believe me , when you think and feel like that , even pain is fun and funny !!
Now that is surely awesome don't you think ?!
I will leave you now with just this simple message : Life is Awesome !!

Who are you ? Who is that ?

What am I attempting to establish ? 

What does it mean ?

Oh , that my my brother !

That is the richest man or woman around !

That is a stranger and I have no idea who he is ?

Are good relationships built on who you are ?

Is that your experience ?

I personally know many very close so called relatives that I am not too keen to meet !

Is that true for you ? I am sure it is !

So , what does it matter !

I now have establish some knowing about who you are !

Now , I feel better and safe !

I feel it is more of fear than anything else !

The unknown is always a place of fear , mistrust and unease .

Is that how you feel ?

I rather be with the devil I know then the unknown angel !

Why ?

Fear factor !

What if I establish that All humans are my family !

Now , if they love me or I love them , it is fine .

It is also okay if they mind their own and let me live my life as I wish .

Now , it is not okay if my own family , tribe , group are making my life a living hell !

So , if you respect me and I too , that is wonderful ! 

What does it matter who are you !

If you a stranger fell down , will I not help you ?!

Of course , I will !

Unknowns have risked their lives saving unknowns !

What has that got to do with who they were ?

I as a medical doctor see countless people who are unknowns and yet I go out of my way to help , guide and care for them ! 

What does it matter who they are !

Today , I know countless unknowns on social media !

So ! 

Will I mislead , not care or share myself and my feelings ?

This is the Human family that I belong to !

Will we not stand together if by chance some Aliens come for us ??!!

Do we need a situation like that to bring us together !!

We are all One !! 

That is who we are !!

When Will My Needs and Wants be Over ?

I had just finished my simple morning coffee and a slice of bread . That is my breakfast !

Feeling very contented and satisfied , I sat down quietly to meditate , contemplate and reflect .

That is and has become my way of living .

Among all the activities for the day , this one activity which appears as a non activity is the most valued for me !

It creates or gives me value as a thinking and a being species !!

Being conscious and aware is my most priced possession !

I just love to sit down silently and think , reflect and go still !

Today , I was doing just that when my thoughts went towards the issue of needs and wants .

We all have needs and wants even before we are born !

There are certain conditions that are essential for my life and living .

This very essential or basic needs are at the very core to life .

Air , water and food are the most essential needs to live .

Without that , nothing else matters !!

The very sad situation that is real on the planet for us is that even that is not there for so many !!

That is the most essential need for every human being on this planet !

All else will come next !! 

This is the primary need !

Even this is denied to so many !

As for me , this basic need has Never been a problem ! 

I am very aware of that !! I am happy for me and not happy for those without this need .

It is because , I have this need fulfilled , I can and have the comfort to sit and think !!

If I was without this basic need , I will not be able to think of anything else beside the thought of water and food !

That is my deep pain !!

That is where my thoughts go towards wondering what are my needs after this basic need ?!!

All my secondary needs become pale as compared to this primary need !

All my needs and wants take a back seat !

Even if the Great Creator were to take me to the most high Heaven , I will not feel happy !!

I am still aware that there are my follow humans who are hungry !

I know the pain of hunger !!

Don't you ??!!

I think I cannot go any further !

I have shared my thinking and feeling .

Let us be aware of our so called progress !!

There are rules that  are set to be followed .

The game is to understand the rules and the contract on which these relationships are based on .

There is no free lunch , free style or unconditional  relationships !

This is accepted or not accepted .

That is not done !

You cannot get away with this !

When I say this , I mean this and not that !

How can you assume anything in a relationship ?

Don't take anything for guaranteed ?

What were you expecting ? you cannot expect anything !

Words like advantage , control , manipulation are used so often in relationships .

Games people play !

Demand is another word that can be seen being used . Too demanding !

Accountability ! you are accountable in a relationship .

So , you can see relationships are complex and complicated !

You just cannot walk into a relationship and have it going smooth !
We have beliefs that further add to the already complex situation !
What needs to happen for you to feel this way or that way ?!
How is you pleasure and pain seen in a relationship ?
Can you see how our so called simple relationships get so confusing !
Every relationship will have its set or pattern of issues and problems !
If you don't play the game according to the rules or terms and conditions , you are going to face real problems in life !
I am sure you all are familiar with what I am sharing with you ?

Our human relationships form one of the most important content of our life !
Even that is so confusing and it takes a heavy toll on our life .
Most of us are wounded in one form or another when it comes to relationships !
Just sit back and ponder .
What a challenge we face !!
